Why does my Platform Designer system level view unexpectedly move up a level of hierarchy?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.1 and later, you may see that the system level view moved up a level of hierarchy when you perform any action. This problem occurs when you have more than 2 levels of hierarchy in your Platform Designer system.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1
