Why does my Intel VIP Suite Frame Buffer II IP core lock-up when handling user packets?
Description
Due to a problem with the Intel® Frame buffer II IP core, buffer lockup can occur when handling user packets with a burst target of 64.
Resolution
To work around this problem, use a burst target of 16.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® Prime software.
