Why does my Intel Stratix 10 Board Test System GUI disappear?

Description

Due to a problem with the Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA Development Kit package, your Board Test System (BTS) GUI may exhibit the following behaviors: 

• BTS does not recognize your board
• BTS GUI opens but then disappears

When you open the bts_log.txt, you see the following line:

    INFO: System Max matched: true, Fpga matched: false

Resolution

To work around this problem, request the latest version of the Development Kit package from your FAE or file a service request.
