Why does my “Ethernet to CPRI 25G-1 (with 1GE)” design example for the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite FPGA IP fail to function in hardware?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2, the “Ethernet to CPRI 25G-1 (with 1GE)” design example for the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite FPGA IP will fail to function correctly in hardware.

This problem does not affect the design example’s simulation behavior, which will function correctly.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this problem.

This problem has been fixed in version 23.3 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
