The capacitance value ( CIOTB, CIOLR, CCLKTB, CCLKLR, CCLKLR ) in the DC & Switching Characteristics (PDF) chapter of the Stratix® handbook refer to the pin capacitance whereas the capacitance value ( Ccomp ) in the IBIS models refer to the package capacitance.Updated 3 months ago
