Why do no compatible migration devices appear in the Migration Devices GUI when using the Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA (10M25SCE144 device)?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 21.1 and earlier, you might not see any compatible migration devices in the Migration Devices GUI when using the Intel® MAX® FPGA (10M25SCE144 device). 

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 22.1.
