Why do I see the Thevenin Parallel Termination of Address and command signals on the Altera DDR4 HiLo daughter card?

That is because the VTT regulator is not mounted on the Altera DDR4 HiLo daughter card; thus, the daughter card uses the Thevenin Parallel termination scheme.

Resolution

You can choose Vtt termination if you can mount the VTT power regulator.
