Why do I see the random link training failure during link training restart in full duplex F-Tile FHT transceiver variants?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4, you may see the Link Training randomly fail in full duplex VIP-based FHT variants.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
