Why do I see a large Tco delay for unregistered M10K output paths for Arria V devices?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0, the timing model for Arria® V M10K unregistered outputs is incorrect and you may see a large Tco delay.

Resolution

This issue is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.0 SP2.
