Why do I not see interrupts on the Scatter Gather DMA controller when writing zero to the MAX_DESCRIPTOR_PROCESSED field?

Description

An issue has been identified in the Scatter Gather DMA that prevents the interrupt ocurring when MAX_DESC_PROCESSED field is set to 0.

Resolution

 This issue has been fixed in Quartus® II software version 13.0 and later.
