Why do I get this rx_out_wire[n] related warning for my Arria GX high speed transceivers: “The following nodes have both tri-state and non-tri-state drivers”?

Description

You may see rx_out_wire[n] related warning for Arria® GX high speed transceivers in Quartus® II 10.0 sp1software. This warning indicates that some of the unused output ports are tri-stated. You can safely ignore this warning. This warning will be removed in future software versions.
