Why do I get an "Access Denied" error when attempting to start or stop the jtagserver from a Windows command line?

Description

You may get an “Access Denied" error while trying to execute some commands in the Command Prompt window when using Windows 7 or Windows Vista. You can fix this error by opening the Command Prompt window with Administrator Privileges using the following procedure:

1. Click the Start button and type cmd in the box.
2. Right-click on cmd and click Run as Administrator option.
