Why do I get a java.lang.RuntimeException when using System Console?

Description

You may encounter this Error when using "design_load" command with System Console if your path name is longer than 128 characters.

In order to work around this issue, map a driver name to the project folder or move the project folder so that the absolute path name becomes shorter than 128 characters.
