Why Cypress flash devices cannot be use to support Active Serial configuration scheme for Arria 10 device?

Description

Most of the Cypress flash family devices have volatile 4-byte addressing however they are by default 3-byte addressing upon power up.  Arria® 10 control block requires to read the flash device with 4-byte addressing during power up for AS configuration. Thus due to this reason, we cannot support most of the Cypress flash family devices.
