Why can't I see a major difference between enabling and disabling the LVDS pre-emphasis feature for Intel® MAX® 10 devices during hardware measurements ?

Description

Due to a known problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 19.4 and earlier, you will not see a difference in behavior between enabling and disabling the Intel® MAX® 10 device LVDS pre-emphasis feature.

Resolution

This problem is fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software v20.1
