Why can't I generate transceiver MIF files for Arria V GX B3 Production devices in Quartus II software version 12.0sp2?

Description

Quartus® II software version 12.0sp2 does not support the generation of transceiver MIF files in the Arria® V GX B3 device.

Resolution

To solve this problem, upgrade to Quartus II Software version 12.0sp2 Patch DP3 or later.
