Why can’t I find MII to RMII Convertor Core in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4, MII to RMII Convertor Core is not implemented into the IP Catalog.

Resolution

MII to RMII Convertor core is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard/Pro Edition.
