Why are there missing icons in the Signal Tap II Logic Analyzer tool bar?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer and Tools package, you may observe missing icons in the Signal Tap II toolbar.

Resolution

To work around this problem, use the Signal Tap logic analyzer from the full Intel® Quartus® Prime installation.
