Why are the RREF pins shown as GND in Arria 10 device .pin files?

Description

You may see the RREF pins incorrectly shown as GND in Quartus® .pin files of Intel® Arria® 10 GX660 and AX660 devices when using Intel Quartus^® Prime software version 16.1. This is a known problem and will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus Prime software.
