Why are the Block Memory Bits in the Fitter Resource Utilization by Entity report incorrect?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1, you might see the incorrect data in the Block Memory Bits column of the Fitter Resource Utilization by Entity report. This problem occurs when targeting an Intel Agilex® device.

Resolution

To work around this problem, get the correct value for Block Memory bits from the Implementation Bits column of the Fitter RAM Summary report. 

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.1.
