Why are my configuration pins not shown correctly in the .pin file for a design targeting a Stratix IV GT device?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software versions 10.1 and later, the pin-out file (.pin) generated for a Stratix® IV GT device incorrectly shows the CONF_DONE and nSTATUS pins as GND*.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 11.0.
