Why are Intel Agilex® 7 devices not supported by the Ethernet Link Inspector in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.4?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.4 Ethernet Link Inspector, the Intel Agilex® 7 devices are not shown in the JTAG Master Selection Panel.

Resolution

As a workaround, you can use the Ethernet Link Inspector in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3. 

This problem is fixed in the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1.
