Why am I seeing simulation failures for the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP designs using DPHY that have X propagation (XPROP) enabled?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1, you may see simulation failures for the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP designs. This problem is seen when X propagation (XPROP) is enabled in the simulator.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this problem for simulations in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1; you may need to disable XPROP in the simulator.  

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1.
