Why am I seeing GTS CPRI PHY FPGA IP Deterministic Latency measurement not within the range specifically at 6G and 9.8G in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2, The deterministic latency measurement values for the GTS CPRI PHY FPGA IP exceeded the expected range for 6G and 9.8G data rates. 

Resolution

This problem is fixed in 24.3 release of the Quartus® Prime Pro edition software.
