Why am I seeing Design Assistant(DA) warnings with high/medium severity for GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP designs?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1, you may see DA warnings with high/medium severity for GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP designs. 

Resolution

There is no workaround for this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1; however, as these warnings are harmless, they can be ignored. 
This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1.
