Where can I obtain a Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) reliability specification?

Description

HAST is a method for accelerating Temperature Humidity Bias (THB) testing. The HAST specification that Altera uses is the standardized JEDEC specification, EIA/JESD47.

HAST reliability data for Altera® devices is available in the Altera Reliability Report which can be obtained by contacting Literature Services at (888) 3-ALTERA.
