What's the minimum DQ width when External Memory Interface Hard PHY Only mode is used in Intel Agilex® device?

Description

Due to a limitation in the Intel Agilex® device, the minimum DQ width is 16 bits in External Memory Interface Hard PHY Only mode. In comparison, the minimum DQ width is 8 bits in External Memory Interface Hard PHY and Hard Controller mode.

Resolution

The 8 bits DQ width is not planned to be supported in External Memory Interface Hard PHY Only mode in Intel Agilex® device.
