What is the output register option in DCFIFO megafunction?

Description

In the SCFIFO and DCFIFO Megafunctions User Guide (PDF), Table 9 refers to an option to register or not register the FIFO outputs. This table refers to the option Output register option for devices with fully synchronous RAM which is only used in the SCFIFO megafunction. For the DCFIFO megafunction, the output register is always enabled.

For DCFIFO megafunctions, follow the behavior regarding "If the port is registered" in Table 9.
