What is the difference between the DONT_TOUCH and NOOPT attributes in the LeonardoSpectrum software?

Description

Setting a DONT_TOUCH attribute on a module prevents you from mapping and optimizing the selected module and all lower-level instances of that module. The NOOPT attribute has the same effect, but only on the module selected. All lower-level instances of that module are mapped and optimized.
