What is the default value for the block protection bits in serial and quad-serial configuration (EPCS and EPCQ) devices?

Description

The block protection bits in serial configuration device (EPCS/EPCQ) are set to '0' by default. When any of the block protection bits are set to '1', the relevant area is protected from being written to by a write bytes operation or erased by an erase sector operation.
