What is maximum device size supported by HPS side NAND flash controller on SoC device?

Description

NAND Flash controller on Cyclone® V SoC, Arria®V SoC, and Arria®10 SoC support Open NAND Flash Interface (ONFI) 1.0 standard. The supported maximum page size is 8KB. In MAP01 and MAP10 command mode, the page address is up to 24bit, so the NAND controller can support device sizes up to 128GB (8KB * 2 ^ 24).
