What is BSC for the package outline dimensions for Altera devices?

Description
To specify package mechanical dimensions, we use the term BSC, which means basic spacing
between centers. This is a theoretical true position dimension and has no tolerance. We comply with JEDEC standards and therefore we use the JEDEC term. BSC is equal to milimeters (mm) for our package mechanical dimensions.
