What happens when the user watchdog timer (WDT) from the Remote Update Intel® FPGA IP times out after a transition from Application to Application image in Intel Arria® 10 devices?

Description

When the user watchdog timer (WDT) from the Remote Update Intel® FPGA IP is enabled, and it times out after a reconfiguration operation from Application Image 1 to Application Image 2, the fallback mechanism takes places and will reconfigure the Intel Arria® 10 device with the Factory Image.
