What files should I download when using the Combined Files for Windows option to install the Quartus II software?

Description

When downloading the Quartus® II software version 13.0 and later, users who download Combined Files for Windows are provided with .tar files. These .tar files can be opened with most Windows decompression utilities including WinZip and Windows Explorer, and they are the correct files for installing the Quartus II software on Windows.

The setup.bat file described on the download page is available for use after the extraction of the above .tar files.
