What are the minimum nCONFIG low pulse width and the maximum nSTATUS low pulse width specifications for Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA devices?

Description

The Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA Device Datasheet does not provide the minimum nCONFIG low pulse width (tCFG) and the maximum nSTATUS low pulse width (tSTATUS) specifications.

The minimum nCONFIG low pulse width (t_CFG)  = 2us

The maximum nSTATUS low pulse width (t_STATUS) = 4.5ms
