When the Transceiver I/O Standard is set to 1.5-V PCML on Arria® V GX/GT or Cyclone® V GX/GT devices, the valid TX Common Mode Voltage settings are:

For data rates < 3.2Gbps

• XCVR_TX_COMMON_MODE_VOLTAGE  = VOLT_0P65V
• XCVR_TX_COMMON_MODE_VOLTAGE  = VOLT_0P70V

For data rates >= 3.2Gbps

• XCVR_TX_COMMON_MODE_VOLTAGE  = VOLT_0P65V
