What are absolute maximum ratings and recommended operating conditions of VCCA_PLL and VCCG_PLL in Stratix and Stratix GX devices?

Description

VCCG_PLL and VCCA_PLL need to be connected to the same voltage as VCCINT in Stratix® and Stratix GX devices.  So the absolute maximum ratings and recommended operating conditions of VCCG_PLL and VCCA_PLL are the same as VCCINT.
