Warning(12620): Input port OE of I/O output buffer "~ALTERA_MSEL0,INIT_DONE~~obuf" is not connected, but the atom is driving a bi-directional pin

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, you may see this warning message when the INIT_DONE signal is enabled on the SDM_IO pin, which also has an MSEL0 pin assigned to it. This warning message can be ignored. INIT_DONE, MSEL pins are implemented correctly in the design.

Resolution

This warning message exists for all configuration pins (not user pins) that are created by the tool for device families.
