Warning "This import file version does not contain information about E-tile Transceiver Channels"

Description

You may see this warning message if you import a CSV file generated from a project that targets an Intel® Stratix® 10 TX device in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro version 18.1 Update 1 to the Early Power Estimator tool (EPE). You will find that no Transceiver settings are set in the EPE.

Resolution

To work around this, manually set the EPE Transceiver settings or use the PowerPlay Power Analyzer (PPPA) to estimate the power consumption.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3.
