Warning: Error parsing: unable to open primary document entity

Description

Due to a problem with the DSP Builder for Intel® FPGAs 18.0, you may observe the above warning when you change the "Hardware destination directory" in the Control block for a DSP Builder design example. This warning can be safely ignored.

Resolution

This patch is fixed starting with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1.
