Warning- "Properties (isMemoryDevice) have been set on interface uas - in composed mode these are ignored"

Description

This warning may be seen during Qsys system genration in the Quartus® II software version 12.1sp1 and later, for Generic Tristate Controllers.

This warning means that the NIOS® II software tools may not see the isMemoryDevice assignment which will make it harder in the GUI to choose memory addresses at this range as being valid to store boot data.

These warnings should be safe to ignore, as they will not affect connectivity.

Resolution

This warning is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
