VHDL Compilation Fails for Arria V and Cyclone V Hard IP for PCI Express

Description

The Quartus II software allows you to select VHDL simulation for the Arria V and Cyclone V Hard IP for PCI Express. However, VHDL compilation fails for Arria V and Cyclone V devices.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 11.1 of the Quartus II software.
