Unstable Output Signal When Receiving Video Formats with 1/1.001 Data Rate Factor

Description

The output signal (rx_clkout_is_ntsc_paln) that indicates the received video rate may deassert and reassert when receiving a video format with 1/1.001 data rate factor.

This issue impacts the downstream logic such as loopback path that relies on this signal to process.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this issue.

This issue is fixed in version 15.1 of the SDI II IP core.
