Description

When using the External Memory Interface (EMIF) Toolkit in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software version 19.1 or later, you may see this error message if you try to run the Create Memory Interface Connection command.

Resolution

To work around this error message, verify that the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software project contains the .qsf, .qpf, and .sof files in the working directory.

These files are the minimum file set to run the EMIF Toolkit.
