On page 4 of the ALTLVDS_RX MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, the Use shared PLL(s) for receivers and transmitters box is not available.

Resolution

To enable the Use shared PLL(s) for receivers and transmitters box, on page 3 turn on Implement Deserializer circuitry in logic cells.
