The simulation for the mult_complex core on ArriaV fails

Description

When do the simulation for the mult_complex on ArriaV or StratixV core. There is a miss entity altera_mult_add missed.

Resolution

The altera_lnsim.sv file found in \quartus\eda\sim_lib\ should be compiled as the libary for the simulation.
