The selected device family cannot be found

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software versions 11.0 and earlier, you may see this error message when you trying to open the Technology Map Viewer.

To work around this problem, install all device libraries during Altera software installation.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
