The Quartus II Fitter fails and generates UFM and ADCBLOCK errors

Description

In the Quartus II software release version 14.1, the Fitter fails and generates the following error when you use the import and export design partition feature in your design:

Resolution

You must merge all design partitions into a single Quartus II software project.
