The in-system programming clamp does not work for MAX 10 devices

Description

The in-system programming clamp functionality for MAX® 10 devices is disabled in the Quartus® II software release version 14.0 update 2.

Resolution

There is no workaround. This issue will be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
