Stratix V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core Incorrect Bandwidth Calculations

Description

The software application which is part of the PCI Express High Performance Reference Design reports incorrect bandwidths for Stratix V devices. Version 1.4 of AN 456, PCI Express High Performance Reference Design, shows these incorrect bandwidths in Table 8.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 12.0 of the Quartus II software.
